At Lula Bella Archive, we want you to love your purchase. As all of our pieces are vintage and pre-loved, we ask that you read each listing carefully before buying.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as received.

To start a return, please contact us at laurenlulabella@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is significantly not as described.

Please note: all items are secondhand and vintage. Minor signs of wear consistent with age are not considered faults and will always be photographed and noted in the listing description. Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing. Please refer to the labelled size, product description and model photographs before purchasing.
